A comprehensive geotechnical analysis has been completed for the entire area. This study has determined depth to bedrock at numerous locations in the area. A generic foundation design complying to the City of Lethbridge requirements has been developed for the area. This system utilizes concrete pile that are embedded in bedrock to support the entire structure. Each home does require some structure specific design. (id:2493)
